Droimnín House

Status: Detailed Design

This proposed dwelling is nestled on the sheltered side of two interlocking drumlins with stunning views over the Monaghan landscape. The design concept emerged from the sloping landscape and a modern interpretation of the vernacular. The spaces are arranged in two distinct blocks while the living areas open up to the views on one side whilst the sleeping quarters maximise shelter and privacy to the other. Droimnín House also featured in LivingDesign magazine.
